Client Direct Bookings
Planner enables your clients to set self-bookings - after your consent, of course - which will instantly pop in your planner mainboard
Once enabled in your app Settings > Online Dashboards, provide your clients the option to make self-bookings (upon availability) directly to your mainboard with your explicit business link (found in your Settings). These reservations will be marked with an orange-colored background. This way, you can decide if you want to double-check the order, for example, by sending a confirmation message. Clients will need to enter a valid email address and validate it before submitting a reservation to prevent spamming and false bookings.
Clients can make a booking in any way of three options:
1. Your explicit business web app white label link allows them to book only in your business. This link can not exit the search list to place a booking in another business. It is pre-generated and given in your Online Dashboard panel.

“sFMaJXiefL” is the explicit Business ID.
2. The general web app: Clients can search for your business and place their bookings.

3. The Client Booking App: within Plannera’s Client app, clients can search for your business and place their bookings. Sample here >
4. Your White Label Booking App: a unique app in Google Play (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS) dedicated only to placing bookings in your business. Please contact us
Step 1: Enable this feature in your App > Settings > Online Dashboards
Set the switch to “Yes” and now your explicit business link will be active, and your business will be searchable in the Client Booking App
Step 2: Link a button
Link a button to share your explicit link with your clients on your website to redirect them to place self-bookings. Here is a sample button:
